Description
This is what the entire four part looks like when displayed/assembled as in one piece.
Having been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013, Liz currently uses her artwork to express her inner voice on the matter, often in abstract work. Living on Borrowed Time 1, 2, 3, & 4 are an example of this.
The work deals with how one’s quiet life can all of a sudden be overthrown by a medical diagnosis, followed by the turmoil of treatment, loss of energy and, in the end, even a relative acceptance of whatever may happen in the future.
Living on Borrowed Time 1, 2, 3, & 4 will be shown to the public for the first time in the “Little Treasures 2014” exposition in de Galleria Di Marchi in Bologna, Italy.
